Verified Review I was apprehensive about the quality bit very much surprised. The bav is beautiful. Looks exactly as advertised & it is real leather. Im so inlove with this littlr bag. I will add that delivery took too long, i had to chase for an update but i mentioned im unhappy with the timeframe i did feel like action was taken. Totes Luxe should do their best to work on this aspect to ensure the entire journey is good as the bag is GREAT.

Verified Review I am absolutely in love with my new grey Milan 25 bag. It holds so much, (see photo of contents minus my phone which also fits in). The bag has a nice supple leather feel. I had a few teething problems at first.
